Good morning ladies,
Today we will be starting to look at mental health. You will pick a topic, research your topic in depth and put together a presentation that would appeal to teenage audiences. You will NOT be presenting this to the class. The attachment below outlines your assignment in more detail. There is also an exemplar for you to look at. Use your class time wisely. You will will have this week and next week to work on this assignment. The assignment will be due May 9th at the beginning of class.

1. Complete Journal-Weekly Inspiration "My Many Coloured Days". Don't forget to include reflection on goals and things you are thankful for.
2. Download the "Student Survey EQ" Inventory and complete. Keep this in your binder.
3. Look at the powerpoint below "Emotional Wellness" (download the file) and fill in the corresponding worksheet "Emotional Wellness Worksheet" (download)
4. Work on your title page for the assignment. Be sure to look at your assignment outline "Personal Wellness Appraisal" assignment.
